Additionally, the Rocky Mountain College & Scholarship Fair also offers adults the ability to learn about continuing education opportunities. 
 
At the Rocky Mountain College & Scholarship Fair,  attendees will find vendors representing Colleges, Universities and Vocational schools offering traditional campus environments as well as online undergraduate and graduate options. Attendees can learn about course offerings - majors and minors, admission requirements, scholarship and financial aid info, commuting vs. residential living, general info about student  life and more. The Rocky Mountain College & Scholarship Fair will have ongoing informative seminars taking place throughout the day on information pertinent to the process.   
 
Some College fairs market at particular high schools or smaller venues which limits your exposure. The Rocky Mountain College & Scholarship Fair is unique in its marketing approach because the event takes place at Denver's best known venue for events - the Colorado Convention Center. The Colorado Convention Centers central location and the extensive advertising campaign that we do gives you the opportunity to have expansive marketing to the entire Denver metro area.

There are several packages available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorships make you stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the expo.
 
SEMINAR OPPORTUNITIES - NO CHARGE
 
With the purchase of a booth in the expo,  you may give a 1/2 hour seminar to the attending public. This opportunity is offered at no charge, based on availability and subject to management approval. Time slots are assigned by show management. 
 
Seminars that are acceptable are seminars that will enrich the fair and it's attendees. You may promote your product / service but the seminar must offer general educational content instead of sounding like an infomercial about your particular product / service. Some examples of acceptable topics: Selecting the School For You, Top Jobs for Top Students, How To Manage College Costs, Maximizing College Visits, What Admissions Look For, Assessment Services, Hiring A College Consultant, Dormitory Life vs. Commuting, Online or Traditional Education, And More.

BOOTH PLACEMENT

Companies are placed on the floorplan by show management based upon when we receive your payment. We finalize the show floorplan one week prior to the event.

Coupons to attend the event will be sent to you with your Exhibitor Package.

Closer to show time an Exhibitor Package will be sent to you which will include all pertinent show information.
