“Passport to Adventure & Fun” Saturday: 8am - 10am Open To Travel Agents & Event Planners Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 6pm: Open To The Public The Travel, Cruise & Golf Expo is attended mainly by consumers but the expo also has a small time frame open for Travel Agents & Event Planners to attend. Travel Agents & Event Planners receive free admission with their business card. The Travel Cruise & Golf Expo is open only to Travel Agents & Event Planners on Saturday from 8 am 10am. Travel Agents & Event Planners come to the expo looking for products and services to offer to their clients. Travel Agents & Event Planners come to meet and greet with current vendors that they do business with as well as find new vendors to work with. Working with Travel Agents & Event Planners is a great way to extend your market reach. On Saturday & Sunday, the expo is open to the public from 10am 6pm. Attendees come to enjoy the interactive real-time they can have with vendors where they can ask questions and explore new possibilities. At the expo, attendees can visit with vendors from the U.S. and abroad and find out about: amazing travel destinations & resorts, activities, diving info, remote travel experiences, exotic locales, daytrips, cruise info, golf courses & resorts and golf products & services. Attendees can also attend stage presentations on a variety of subjects and sign up for prize drawings. Additionally, attendees are treated to product samples from various vendors. HOW WE MARKET THE EXPO The Travel, Cruise & Golf Expo uses a targeted campaign: * TV Promotion * Radio Campaign * Ads in Major Newspapers * Direct Mail * Internet Marketing * And More. PRIZE GIVEAWAYS We strongly encourage you to give away prizes at the expo. By giving away a prize it gives your company more attention. Prize winners will be selected from the show prize patrol and the winner will be sent directly to your booth to collect the prize. Prizes are included in the show campaign. Prizes cannot be contingent on a purchase. BOOTH PRICING Facility is full carpeted. The Expo is comprised of themed areas. You can choose placement in the following areas: Adventure Travel, Africa, Alaska, Asia, California, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, China, Colorado, Cruises, Europe, Fishing, Florida, Golf Courses & Resorts, Golf Products & Services, Hawaii, International, Las Vegas, Mexico, **TravelTheStates, South Pacific and South West. Each Booth includes: * 6’ x 10’ space * One draped table * Two chairs * One Exhibitor I.D. tent card
ELECTRICAL $100 / standard outlet STAGE OPPORTUNITY Extend your marketing reach at the expo! Stage schedule is advertised to the public. Communicate your message to the masses and in more detail with a stage presentation. There are a limited amount of stage presentation openings available at the expo. Stage time is only available to vendors who rent booth space; stage presentations are an additional charge and are limited to one presentation per day. Time slots are available in 1/2 hour time frames and time slots are assigned by show management. The stage area is available on a first come first served basis and is subject to show management approval. Each stage presentation includes: * 1/2 hr time (includes set-up and dismantle time) * Skirted stage * Two draped tables * Podium * PA system * Theatre style seating for attendees * Standard electrical for use for presentations Per Stage Presentation: $199 SHOW BAG PREMIUM Have your promotional info placed in the show bag by us. Promotional material must be received by us at least 30 days prior to event. $500.00 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES There are several packages available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorship makes you stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the expo. PAYMENT We accept: * Check BOOTH PLACEMENT You can choose a themed area for your booth on the application / contract. EXHIBITOR PACKAGE /SET-UP / DISMANTLE/SHIPPING INFO Closer to the expo, we will send you an Exhibitor Package which will include all pertinent show information including where to ship. Set-up is Friday, March 14 and dismantling is after the expo on Sunday, March 16. Set-up & dismantle time will be in the Exhibitor Package. |
